Great teams are energizing and productive, delivering breakthrough results. But high-performing teams only happen as a result of intentional, strategic work on the part of the leader and the team.
The SLV program will help you understand how your leadership style impacts how you assemble, manage and lead teams.
The training will focus on critical conversations necessary to build a team’s infrastructure, including goals, roles, and responsibilities so that all members can fully contribute. It will also focus on learning to hold individuals accountable for both task performance and building productive relationships. The participant will hone their strategies and skills essential to building and leading a diverse team toward aspirational outcomes: a team that more effectively plans executes and delivers.
